SECTION 3 – DELIVERY POLICY

• Inside Dhaka: Free delivery within 3–5 working days after payment confirmation.
• Outside Dhaka: Free delivery within 5–7 working days after payment confirmation.

Delivery timelines may vary due to unforeseen circumstances (e.g., strikes, natural calamities, or unavoidable logistics delays). Customers will be informed if such delays occur.

SECTION 4 – RETURN AND REPLACEMENT POLICY

Customers must inspect the product at the time of delivery in the presence of the delivery representative.

• If there are any defects, damages, or issues, the product will be replaced or returned immediately at no extra cost.
• If a customer changes their mind or simply does not like the product, they must bear the full delivery charges for return.

Beyond this, no returns or exchanges will be accepted.
